Alligator Soul on Broadway
On Friday, July 11, The Mighty Titans of Tone will make their debut at Everett's famed Alligator Soul Restaurant. Alligator Soul has been known for years as the home of great live music and some of the best New Orleans-style cooking anywhere outside of that city itself.
Alligator Soul was founded in 1995 by Hillary "Hilbo" Craig, a transplanted Southerner and currently a top chef and restaurateur in Savannah, Georgia. In February of 2005, Alligator Soul was purchased by Hilbo's brother-in-law, Rob Siegel, and his managing partner, Chef Ryan Sturm. Chef Ryan Sturm spent several years in the Crescent City woriking for some of the top chefs in Louisiana, and after sampling the outstanding, it's-the-real-deal food there you'll know why so many Louisiana natives make it a point to eat at the Alligator Soul when they are tvisiting he Northwest. We've been going up there for years on Saturdays to hear Leslie "Star Drums" Milton and Gael "Lady Keys" Kurath, a great musical duo, and enjoy a great meal, so we're excited about our debut at the Alligator Soul this month.

If you haven't been there in a while, this year Alligator Soul relocated to a much larger space at 3121 Broadway in downtown Everett. The place is packed on the weekend, so it's a good idea to call 425-259-6311 for reservations ahead of time.
Special note: We'll be playing during the dinner hour, so we'll be starting at 6 p.m. and wrapping up at 9 p.m.
Come down and have some genuine New Orleans cuisine and enjoy three hours of music by the Titans!
